Villa layout
Villa Ysara is a luxury home villa and located on a quiet street overlooking lake Lucerne and the mountains, and it is composed of 4 floors. The first floor features the indoor heated swimming pool, the sauna, and the fitness area. On the second floor are four on-suite bedrooms with kitchenettes. The third floor contains the living room and kitchen, and the master bedroom. Finally, the fourth floor contains two additional bedrooms and overlooks the magnificent living room and one of the dining areas on the third floor. The villa is built with the following rental configuration in mind. The third and fourth floors are rented out only together in a 3-bedroom configuration. The 4 bedrooms with kitchenettes on the second floor can be rented out together or separately, without access to the third and fourth floors. All tenants have access to the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness areas on the first floor.

Indoor living
The nucleus of the luxury home villa is the very high vaulted ceiling in the open-plan living room, and the formal dining areas. The living area is extremely spacious and will never feel crowded even when fully occupied. There are 2 distinct formal dining areas that seat 6 guests each. Both dining areas have uninterrupted views of Lake Lucerne and its surrounding mountain ranges. The living room has ample seating in comfortable black and light brown leather chairs for cozy get-togethers. Facing the living room there is an open fireplace that will keep you cozy, happy, and warm during those winter holiday nights. The decoration is a mix of modern and antique furniture, supplemented by exquisite pieces of art and antiques, and magnificent black chandeliers hanging from the high ceilings.
To top it all off, there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities to serve even the most demanding of guests.
Outdoor living
There is no shortage of outside living space in Villa Ysara. There are three distinct outside living areas for you to enjoy during your stay. On the third floor, once you step out the main living room, there is an outdoor seating and dining area with BBQ facilities. This area also wraps around in an L-shape to a bar and entertainment area located behind the kitchen, which has a wine fridge, and a table tennis set-up for you to test your competitive spirit.
On the fourth floor, there is a large outside terrace, which is equipped with sun lounge chairs to let you enjoy the views and take in the fresh mountain air.
Finally, on the first floor, which contains the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness areas, there is an outside seating area and sun lounge chairs, for you to soak in the sun, relaxation, and comfort during your stay.
